The Civil Society Offer Center is a free, one-stop place to discover the technology offers your organization is eligible for — donated, discounted, nonprofit-specific, and grant-supported software and services, gathered in a single, searchable catalog.
Technology offers for civil society are fragmented. They're spread across dozens of programs, which makes them hard to find, hard to know which ones are real, and hard to tell whether they actually apply to your organization. The Offer Center addresses exactly that — it gathers offers in one place, vets them, and helps you see the eligibility rules, so you can spend less time searching for technology options.

Behind the scenes, each offer lives in a continually maintained knowledge base — we check sources, watch for broken or outdated links, and refresh eligibility details as programs change, so what you see here stays current and worth acting on. The list of offers will grow over time as we add and verify new ones.
